How to track my order?

The tracking information for your parcel will be emailed to you as soon as it has been fulfilled and dispatched. If you haven't gotten an email with a tracking link, there are two possibilities:

- Our delivery confirmation email was delivered directly to your spam/junk folder.
Your order has not yet been processed or sent.

- In case you never got a tracking email or if you simply can’t find it anymore, please reach out to and we'll be able to help.

It says ''no tracking information found''

This can occur if:
- The wrong order number was submitted
- There is a typo in the email address
- If the email address given differs from the one used to place the order
- Your order has not yet been processed and dispatched

My tracking link isn't working

It might take up to 48 hours for your tracking link to become active, no need to worry.  Your shipment is on its way, and the tracking link will be updated with further information shortly.
Please check your tracking link on a regular basis and bear in mind that our support team does not have any more information.
